Are there really no booking fees?
Really. You pay the setup fee and your monthly plan, and that’s it. Stripe charges its normal card processing fee on each payment, the same as any website that takes cards.
What does the setup fee cover?
We load your trips, prices, schedules, guides and photos, match the booking pages to your brand, connect Stripe and email, put it on your website and walk your team through the dashboard.
Do I need a new website?
No. Skipper Desk drops into the website you already have with one line of code, or runs on its own page like book.yourcompany.com.
How do I get paid?
Payments go through your own Stripe account and are paid out straight to your bank. We never hold your money.
Can I switch from my current booking system?
Yes. We’ll help you move your trips over, and on the Fleet plan we’ll bring your existing future bookings across too.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month, and yearly billing gets you two months free.
What if I need a feature you don’t have?
Tell us. Many features start as a customer request, and Fleet plans include custom work built for your operation.
